进口奶牛皮肤真菌病病原疣状毛癣菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:为了解进口奶牛皮肤真菌病的病原情况,选择2013-2014年河北进口的具有不同程度皮肤真菌病症状的奶牛,刮取病灶处皮屑样品34份,进行病原分离,并通过形态学和DNA条形码方法进行鉴定。结果表明,共分离得到17株真菌,其中10株被鉴定为人畜共患性真菌——疣状毛癣菌。这为进一步了解中国进口种牛皮肤真菌病病原,开展有效治疗,探索疫苗免疫方案以及预防从业者感染奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to explore the dermatophyte situation of the imported dairy cows, the hair and skin specimens from New Zealand and Australia in 2013-2014 were collected by brushing technique from the skin lesions of Holstein cow, which showed the typical ringworm symptoms.The pathogens were isolated from 34 samples, and identified through morphology and DNA Barcoding.The results showed that 17 fungi were isolated from 34 specimens, and 10 of them were identified to be zoonotic dermatophyte, Trichophyton verrucosum.The isolated Trichophyton verrucosum would provide the solid basis for understanding the dermatophytosis agents of imported cows, and the effective measures should be taken to investigate the vaccination schematic and to prevent the occupational infection.
