Abstract:In hilly areas of Sichuan,the average slope is 18°,so it is difficult for agricultural machinery suitable for northern.According to the characteristics of hilly terrain and the stability problem of tracked agricultural machinery driving on the ramp,the 3D model of tracked agricultural machinery vehicle body was established by using 3D modeling technology.The tracking mechanism model was established in the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn/Track(LM),and the static stability mathematical model of agricultural machinery was established.Based on the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn,the stability of the agricultural machinery was simulated and analyzed.Through the analysis and optimization,the maximum climb of the crawler agricultural machinery is 25°,and it has strong climbing ability and rollover resistance ability.The research can provide important reference for the running stability of crawler agricultural machinery.
