| 摘 要： | 提高教学质量要坚持教学的中心地位和坚持正确的教学质量观。要通过转变教育观念、深化教学改革、加强师资队伍建设、严格教学管理、坚持课堂教学与实践教学相结合、坚持教学与科研和服务社会相协调相促进、加大教学经费投入、建立健全有效的体制机制等，努力提高高校教学质量，培养社会主义现代化建设所需要的各种优秀人才。

| Abstract: | In order to make an effort to improve teaching quality, it is necessary to keep teaching at the central position, adhere to the correct teaching quality outlook, deepen the teaching reform by transforming education conception, strengthen the construction of faculty, be strict in teaching management, integrate classroom teaching with practice teaching, coordinate and interact teaching with scientific research and social service, increase funding for teaching, and establish the perfect and effective systems and mechanisms, so as to bring up various excellent talents demanded by socialist modernization drive. |
