构建绿色植保，促进生态文明

阐述了绿色植保对促进生态文明的重要性，及其在建设社会主义新农村中的作用和地位。同时，结合福建省植保工作性质及现状，并提出了构建绿色植保工程的设想：（1）政府重视、强化领导，切实搞好公共植保和绿色植保工作；（2）强化队伍建设，完善服务体系；（3）加强绿色植保的基础研究；（4）重视生物安全工作，确保农业可持续发展；（5）加强农药管理及科学使用；（6）完善有害生物综合治理体系。

The importance of a green plant-protection system to promote ecological civilization and its role in building a new socialist countryside is elaborated. In view of the current status of plant protection in Fujian, the ideas to build a green plant-protectlon engineering are proposed as follows, （ 1 ） Under the attention and instruction by government, the public and green plant-protectlon is well-conducted. （ 2 ） Developing the staff and perfecting the service. （ 3 ） Strengthening the basic research of the green plant-protection system. （ 4 ） Paying attention to biological safety and ensuring sustainable development of agriculture, （ 5 ） Strengthening management and rarional use of pesticide. （ 6 ） Improving a comprehensive control system against harmful organisms.
