摘    要:采用正交试验对超声波消解土壤中Co、Cu、Mn、Pb、Zn的影响因素进行研究,并与微波消解试验结果进行比对分析。结果表明,影响超声波消解土壤样品的因素依次为:超声功率〉固液比〉超声时间〉反应温度;最佳消解条件为:100%Wmax超声波功率,固液比1∶16,超声时间40 min,反应温度45℃。ICP-AES对Co和Mn的测试结果分别为微波消解测试结果的81.79%~98.15%。

Abstract:The influencing factors on determination of Co,Cu,Mn,Pb and Zn in soil by ultrasonic digestion-ICP-AES were studied,and the tested result was compared with that of microwave digestion.The results showed that the influencing factors on ultrasonic digestion of soil samples in order was ultrasonic power>solid-liquid ratio>ultrasonic time>reaction temperature.The optimum digestion condition was ultrasonic power of 100%Wmax,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶16,ultrasonic time of 40 min and reaction temperature of 45 ℃.The tested results of Co and Mn by ICP-AES were 81.79%-98.15% of that by microwave digestion.
