香根草对淹水胁迫生理响应的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨淹水胁迫下香根草体内的生理变化规律。方法]以成苗香根草为材料,设浅淹组(10 cm)和深淹组(40 cm)2种深度的淹水处理,不淹水为对照组,定期跟踪测定香根草在淹水条件下光合生理及与淹水胁迫有关的4项生理指标的变化。结果]淹水组的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率都超过了对照组,而且随淹水深度增加而升高;淹水使香根草CAT活性升高,SOD活性基本不变,说明淹水胁迫下香根草体内保护酶系统产生了适应性变化,保持了体内自由基的平衡;MDA的含量随淹水时间的延长而有所积累,但质膜透性没有明显变化。结论]香根草在淹水条件下生理发生了适应性的变化,抗涝性极强,在治理湖泊、水库水间带方面有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to discuss the physiological change law in Vetiveria zizanioides under waterlogging stress.Method] With V.zizanioides seedlings as materials,two waterlogging treatments with shallow(10 cm) and deep(40 cm) waterlogging depths and no waterlogging group(CK) were set up to measure the photosynthetic physiology of V.zizanioides under waterlogging condition and the changes of four physiological indices related to waterlogging stress by periodical tracing determination.Result] The net photosynthesis rates,stomata conductance and transpiration rates in waterlogging groups exceeded that in the contrast group and increased along with the increment of waterlogging depth.Waterlogging increased CAT activity in V.zizanioides and kept the SOD activity basically constant,indicating the protective enzyme system in V.zizanioides under waterlogging stress generated adaptive change and kept the balance of free radicles in body.MDA content had some increment along with the extending of waterlogging time,but the membrane permeability had no obvious change.Conclusion] Under waterlogging condition,V.zizanioides had the adaptive physiological change,and then it had very strong resistance to waterlogging.It had wide application prospect on controlling water intercalary bands of lakes and reservoirs.
