中国农业就业份额演变的滞后性原因及对策

农业就业份额演变的滞后，说明中国仍存在大量的农业就业人口，必然会有农业剩余劳动力的出现，这将导致中国农民收入增长速度趋缓，城乡收入差距扩大，同时说明农业内部的就业压力在不断积蓄，农村剩余劳动力向非农产业转移的内在冲动愈来愈强烈。基于这种原因，笔者从分析农业就业份额演变滞后存在的原因入手，提出了促进农业劳动力非农就业以降低农业就业份额的对策。

The Hysteretic Nature,Cause and Countermeasure for Evolution of Chinese Agricultural Laborer Share

The lagging of evolution of agricultural laborer share indicates that there are large numbers of employment population and agricultural surplus labor may appear in China, this will be led that the growth rate of peasants＇ income has tend to slow, income dif- ference between the urban and the rural is enlarged, meantime, the employment pressure is accumulated continuously in agriculture, the inherent impetus of shifting rural surplus labour from agricultural into non-agricuhural industry is increasingly stronger. On the basis of some lagging causes,the countermeasures for promoting non-agricultural employment of labor were put forward to reduce agricultural laborer share.
