甜菜种株腋芽的培养

摘    要:本文对甜菜种株腋芽的培养进行了初步研究。采用3种培养基,均诱导出再生植株,表现出较高的诱导频率。实验结果表明,以MS为基本培养基,加一定量的激动素和吲哚乙酸对芽殖有效,而附加高浓度的α-奈乙酸对生根有效。加50%的草碳混合土可提高移栽苗的成活率。

Abstract:In this paper, a preliminary study on the axillary bud culture of seed plants of sugarbeet is in progress. The regenerative plants can be induced by al three media, and the induced frequency is higher in all experiments. The experiment results indicated that if MS medium with suitable amount of KT and IAA, it is advantageous to proliferation of buds, and if MS medium with high concentration of NAA, it is advantageous forming roots. The experiment indicated black earth mixed with half of turfy soil can raise survival rate of the transplant seedling.
