中国松材线虫病研究

摘    要:松材线虫作为一种外来入侵物种, 自其发现之日起就对中国的松林生态系统造成了巨大的破坏和冲击。松材线虫在中国有着相当广泛的适生区, 到目前为止已在江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西及台湾和香港等17个省(市)和地区发生危害。由于其致病机理尚不明确, 致使该病的防治和控制工作进展缓慢。文中指出目前该病的检验检疫与防治方法中存在的不足, 并提出松材线虫致病性的分子机制研究、松属树木抗病机制研究、松林系统对松材线虫病入侵的生态抵御机制等几个方面是将来研究的重点方向。

Abstract:Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,which has a wide range of suitable regions in China,is an invasive pest causing huge damage to pine ecosystem in 17 provinces including Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Fujian, Jiangxi,Taiwan and Hongkong. The pathogenic mechanism of B. xylophilus was analyzed and protection methods were reviewed. It was concluded that the control and prevention of pine wood nematode disease made a slow progress as the pathogenic mechanim of the disease is not clearly known. The paper decribed the existing problems in terms of inspection,quarantine and prevention of the disease and prospected that the future research focus would be the molecule mechanism research on the pathogenicity of B. xylophilus,the research on anti-disease mechanism of Pinus spp. and the ecological resistance mechanism of pine forest system against pine wood nematode disease.
