| 摘 要： | 农业生产是自然再生产和经济再生产的统一,产业化进程中的农业市场风险将远大于自然风险,而农业市场风险集中表现为价格风险。农产品期货市场能通过套期保值来转移商品价格风险,能发现合理的价格预期,从而稳定农产品的长期供求关系。

| Abstract: | The fact that supply of agricultural products is subjected to seasons leads to the relatively sharp variability in their prices, which makes it important and necessary to avoid the risks caused by such variability. The function of market in future can better solve the problem. The function is price discovery, price risk hedging and efficiency improvement of market. |
