摘    要:用氨基酸分析、热分析以及溶解法分析了丝素蛋白与环氧化合物(PGDE)在不同反应温度下形成的凝胶的微观结构。结果表明:在较高温度下形成的凝胶(CFG),其丝素蛋白上的酪氨酸(Tyr)、组氨酸(His)和赖氨酸(Lys)与PGDE发生了交联,热分解峰出现在299.4℃,难溶解。CFG形成了环氧化合物与丝素蛋白大分子交联的三维网络结构。而在冰点以下形成的凝胶(PFG),其丝素蛋白没有发生交联反应,热分解峰出现在294.7℃,较容易溶解。PFG具有丝素分子之间氢键结合的三维网络结构。

Abstract:The microstructures of gels prepared by reaction between silk fibroin and epoxide (PGDE) at different reaction temperature were studied by amino acid analysis, DSC analysis and dissolution methods. The results indicated that gel formed at higher temperature (CFG), whose tyrosine,histidine and lysine residues in silk fibroin had cross-linked with PGDE, was insoluble, and its thermal decomposition temperature was about 299 4 ℃. CFG had the three-dimensional netlike structure due to the cross-linking between PGDE and silk fibroin macromolecules; while the gel formed at subfreezing temperature (PFG), whose silk fibroin didn’t occur cross-linking reaction, was easy to dissolve, and its thermal decomposition temperature was at 294 7 ℃. PFG had the three-dimensional netlike structure due to the hydrogen bonds between silk fibroin molecules.
