基于EDEM的糖厂原料蔗滚筒除杂装置研究

摘    要:切段甘蔗收获技术是我国甘蔗收获机械化的主推技术,入厂原料蔗含杂率较高,特别是机收原料蔗泥土含量较大,使糖厂产生抵触,影响机械化收获技术的推广。针对上述问题,设计了一种糖厂原料蔗滚筒除杂装置,并对所设计的滚筒除杂装置进行EDEM试验仿真。为了研究滚筒除杂装置的结构参数和作业参数对除杂率及质量流率的影响,采用3因素3水平正交试验对滚筒除杂装置进行除杂仿真。正交试验结果极差分析得出,影响除杂率指标的因素主次顺序为:除杂滚筒倾角、滚筒转速、螺旋输送导板螺距;最优因素水平组合为:滚筒倾角20°、滚筒转速12 r/min、螺旋输送导板螺距1800 mm。影响蔗段质量流率指标的因素水平主次顺序为:滚筒倾角、滚筒转速、螺旋输送导板螺距;最优因素水平组合为:滚筒倾角20°、滚筒转速12 r/min、螺旋输送导板螺距1600 mm。正交试验结果方差分析表明,对试验指标除杂率的影响,滚筒倾角因素和滚筒转速因素极显著,螺旋输送导板螺距显著;对试验指标质量流率的影响,滚筒倾角因素和滚筒转速因素极显著,输送导板螺距不显著。通过平衡分析得出,滚筒设计的最优参数组合为:滚筒倾角20°、滚筒转速12 r/min、螺旋输送导板螺距1800 mm。

Abstract:The cutting-section sugarcane harvesting technology is the main promotion technology of sugarcane harvesting mechanization in my country.The high impurity rate of the incoming raw material sugarcane,especially the large soil content,makes sugar mills resist the mechanical harvesting raw material sugarcane,which affects the promotion of mechanized harvesting technology.Aiming at the above problems,a kind of impurity removal device for sugar mill raw material sugarcane removal drum was designed,and the designed drum removal device was simulated by EDEM.In order to study the influence of the structure and operation parameters of the drum cleaning device on the impurity removal rate and mass flow rate,3 factors and 3 horizontal orthogonal experiments were used to simulate the drum cleaning device.According to the extremely poor analysis of the orthogonal test results,the primary and secondary order of factors affecting the impurity removal rate index is:the inclination of the impurity removal drum,the drum speed,and the pitch of the screw conveying guide plate;the optimal factor level combination is:drum inclination is 20°,drum speed 12 r/min,the screw pitch of the guide plate is 1800 mm.The primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the quality flow rate index of the sugarcane section is:drum inclination angle,drum speed,screw conveying guide pitch;the optimal factor level combination is:drum inclination angle is 20°,drum speed is 12 r/min,screw conveying guide pitch is 1600 mm.The analysis of variance of the orthogonal test results showed that the influence of the impurity removal rate of the test index was extremely significant for the drum inclination factor and drum speed factor,and the spiral conveying guide plate pitch was significant;the influence on the mass flow rate of the test index was extremely significant.Significantly,the pitch of the conveying guide is not significant.According to the balance analysis,the optimal combination of parameters for drum design:drum inclination angle is 20°,drum speed is 12 r/min,and screw conveyor guide plate pitch is 1800 mm.
