摘    要:耕作土壤由大量的离散颗粒组成,触土部件在作业时与土壤中的硬质颗粒接触造成严重磨损。本文以犁铲为磨损对象,通过EDEM离散元软件建立了铧式犁工作过程模型并进行模拟仿真,对犁铲磨损进行了数值分析。利用累积接触能量获得犁铲最易磨损的位置,并选取土壤密度、犁铲硬度和铧式犁工作速度等主要影响因素进行了仿真并分析它们对犁铲磨损的影响。仿真结果表明,铧式犁—土壤颗粒离散元模型能够有效反应犁铲在耕作过程中磨损量的变化情况;在一定条件下,土壤密度对犁铲的影响因素较小,铧式犁工作速度和犁铲硬度对犁铲磨损影响较大。

Abstract:Cultivated soil is composed of a large number of discrete particles,which contact with hard particles in the soil during operation of the soil-contacting parts,causing serious wear of the soil-contacting parts.This paper takes the plough shovel as the wear object,and establishes the working process model of the plough through EDEM discrete element software and conducts simulation simulation,and carries out a numerical analysis on the wear of the plough shovel.The accumulated contact energy is used to obtain the most easily worn position of the plough,and the main influencing factors such as soil density,plough hardness and working speed of the plough are selected to analyze and simulate the influence of the plough on the wear of the plough.The simulation results show that the established plow-soil particle discrete element model can effectively reflect the changes in the amount of wear of the plow shovel during the tillage process.Under certain conditions,soil density has a small influence on the plough shovel,and the working speed of the split plough and the hardness of the plough have a greater influence on the wear of the plough.
