| Abstract: | Phytase is a kind of feed additive for livestock and poultry, which can degrade phytate into inosito and inorganic phosphorus effectively. It can remote the antiaction factor of phytate in diets. This article reviewed the sources, influence factor of enzyme action and application of phytase in livestock and poultry industry. |
