精料型日粮条件下口服福尔马林对小尾寒羊成母羊消化代谢的影响

摘    要:试验采用6只体重约55 kg装有永久性十二指肠近端和回肠末端T型瘘管的小尾寒羊母羊,在精料型日粮条件下,按0(对照期)或0.9 mL/kg日粮(试验期)喂给福尔马林(各期n=6),分别收集各期羊只的十二指肠和回肠食糜,并进行消化代谢试验,以研究口服福尔马林对绵羊消化代谢的影响。结果表明,口服福尔马林使绵羊的自由采食量增加7.1%(P〈0.01);前胃有机物(OM)和纤维素(Cel)的消化量分别增加10.5%(P〈0.01)和13.4%(P〈0.01);到达小肠的OM、粗蛋白(CP)、微生物蛋白、过瘤胃蛋白、总氨基酸(TAA)和赖氨酸(Lys)分别增加3.3%(P〈0.01),15.3%(P〈0.01),8.9%(P〈0.01),20.4%(P〈0.05),14.0%(P〉0.05)和18.4%(P〈0.05);小肠消化吸收的OM、CP、TAA和Lys分别增加21.9%(P〈0.01),22.3%(P〈0.01),31.3%(P〈0.05)和38.7%(P〈0.01);日粮DM、OM、CP和Cel的(表观)消化率分别提高5.7%(P〈0.01),5.3%(P〈0.05),4.3%(P〈0.05)和5.6%(P〈0.05);氮、钙和磷保留量分别增加20.0%(P〈0.01),16.1%(P〈0.01)和11.2%(P〈0.01)。由本试验得出结论,在精料型日粮条件下绵羊口服福尔马林可以提高瘤胃消化能力、提高采食量、增加小肠营养物质特别是氨基酸的消化吸收量,显著改善机体的营养状况。

Abstract:Six Small Tail Han ewes with the body weight of 55 kg,fitted with permanent duodenum and ileum canula,fed with concentrate diet,were orally administered with formalin at the dose of 0(control period) and 0.9 mL/kg diet(experimental period)(n=6 each period).The collections of the chyme of duodenum and ileum and the experiment of digestion and metabolism were done to study the effect of oral administration of formalin on the digestion and metabolism of sheep.The results showed that the oral administration of formalin in sheep increased the voluntary intake by 7.1%(P0.01);increased the digestion of OM and cellulose in fore stomach by 10.5%(P0.01)and 13.4%(P0.01) respectively;increased the OM,crude protein,microbial protein,by-pass protein,total amino acid and lysine arriving at small intestine by 3.3%(P0.01),15.3%(P0.01),8.9%(P0.01),20.4%(P0.05),14.0%(P0.05)and 18.4%(P0.05)respectively;increased the OM,crude protein,total amino acids and lysine absorbed by small intestine by 21.9%(P0.01),22.3%(P0.01),31.3%(P0.05) and 38.7%(P0.01) respectively;increased the apparent digestibility of the DM,OM,crude protein and cellulose of diet by 5.7% (P0.01),5.3%(P0.05),4.3%(P0.05) and 5.6%(P0.05)respectively;increased the retention ratio of the nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus by 20.0%(P0.01),16.1%(P0.01) and 11.2%(P0.01)respectively.It is concluded that the oral administration of formalin of sheep fed with concentrate diet can increase the digestive ability of rumen,the feed intake,and nutrients of the small intestine nutrients,especially the amino acids,therefore can modify the nutritional status of sheep.
