| 摘 要： | 利用兔粪诱导法、VY/4多菌灵琼脂培养基诱导法和无机盐琼脂培养基诱导法从来自成都各区县的水样、土样、兔粪、羊粪、朽木、风化岩石共35个样品中分离纯化黏细菌,经过生理、生化和形态学鉴定,共得到42株黏细菌。这42株黏细菌分属于黏球黏细菌属（Myxococcus）、粒状黏细菌属（Chondromyces）、囊球黏细菌属（Angiococcus）、原囊黏细菌属（Archangium）、蜂窝黏细菌属（Melittangium）、堆囊黏细菌属（Sorangium）和标桩黏细菌属（Stigmatella）7个属。按样品的采集地域、样品种类和生态环境进行了种群分布及多样性的统计分析,发现成都地区黏细菌的数量和种属均较多,特别是黄龙溪古镇河水一个样品就得到5个属的7株黏细菌。同时也发现旅游景区样品中黏细菌出菌率最高,其次是森林样品,草地样品和果树林样品出菌率最低。并且旅游景区黏细菌的得菌率和种属多样性明显高于其他环境。
