| 摘 要： | 该文以安塞县为例,运用SWOT分析法对安塞县水土保持的内外部环境进行了分析,通过矩阵的方式将复杂的关系清晰的表现了出来,并得出安塞县的水土保持工作应以利用优势降低威胁战略为主,以其他3种发展方式为辅,增加人才、资金和技术的投入。提高全民的水土保持意识,促进安塞县水土保持工作的顺利进行,进而推动安塞县经济社会和生态的可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | Taking Ansai County as an example,using the SWOT analytic method to analyze the internal and external environment of Ansai County soil and water conservation. By this way will be clear of the complex relationship of Ma?trix showed Ansai County soil and water conservation work should be obtained to utilize the advantages of threat re?duction strategies,and in three other way as a supplement.Increase investment in human resources,capital and tech?nology and enhance the awareness of soil and water conservation awareness. Promotion of Ansai County soil and wa?ter conservation work carried out smoothly,thus promoting the economic,social and ecological sustainable develop?ment in Ansai County. |
