| 摘 要： | 目前国内的食品质量与安全专业实践教学面临着诸多问题,需要通过更新教育理念、完善实训基地及加强师资建设等措施进行改革。该文主要介绍了食品质量与安全专业课程实践教学现状,以南京财经大学为例,介绍了构建"校企协作"的"企业需求型"实践教学体系的措施。为食品质量与安全专业相关院校专业实践教学体系的发展提供参考。

Exploration on Practical Teaching System Construction of Food Quality & Safety |

| Abstract: | At present,domestic practical teaching of food quality&safety has many problems,these problems need to carry on the reform through renewing educational idea,establishing and developing the practical bases,enhancing teachders' development. This paper mainly introduces the practical teaching present situation of food quality&safe?ty,taking Nanjing University of Finance and economics as an example,the construction measures of“enterprise needs type”practical teaching system based on“school-enterprise cooperation”was discussed,and suggestions will be provided for practical teaching system development of food quality&safety in relative universities. |
