摘 要: | 以丰香草莓组培苗为试材,研究了不同浓度聚乙烯醇对草莓组培苗叶片愈伤组织诱导、继代增殖及生根培养的影响.结果表明,1 g/L的聚乙烯醇可使草莓组培苗叶片愈伤组织发生期提前,提高愈伤组织发生率和发生量,改变愈伤组织的质量,同时能有效降低草莓组培苗在继代增殖中的玻璃化现象,促进植株分化、提高叶绿素和蛋白的含量.2 g/L的聚乙烯醇可以提高组培苗在生根培养基中的生根条数、根长度、株高、叶绿素和蛋白含量等.

Abstract: | The tissue culture of Fengxiang strawberry was used as experimental materials. The effects of PVA on tissue culture of strawberry were studied. The results indicated that 1g/L PVA can reduce the rate of vitrified plantlets of strawberry significantly during proliferating, and can also improve the contenes of chlorophyll and albumen. During leaf culture, 1g/L PVA may quicken callus emergence and increase the rate of callus formation and improve the quality of callus. 2g/L PVA can improve the root number of single plantlet, the length of roots, the high of plantlet, the contents of chlorophyll and albumen. |
