| 摘 要： | 本文首先总结了符离集烧鸡行业的冷链物流现状，进而对影响符离集烧鸡行业冷链物流发展的制约因素展开分析，最后指出了符离集烧鸡行业冷链物流建设的发展方向，以期通过符离集烧鸡行业的冷链物流建设解决企业发展中的瓶颈，促进符离集烧鸡行业的发展，同时为宿州特色农产品冷链物流建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly summarizes the present situation of the cold - chain logistics of Fuliji roast chicken industry, and then analyses the restricting factors which influence the development direction of the cold - chain logis- tics construction of Fuliji roast chicken industry. In the last, this paper points out the development direction of the cold - chain logistics construction of Fuliji roast chicken industry, which will help to solve the bottleneck in the de- velopment of enterprises through the cold - chain logistics construction of Fuliji roast chicken industry, promote the development of Fuliji roast chicken industry, and provide reference to the cold - chain logistics construction of Suzhou characteristic agricultural products. |
