| 摘 要： | 通过四翅滨黎不同处理下的播种育苗试验研究，结果表明：种子的萌芽率与盐分胁迫呈显著负相关。采用浓度为0．8％NaCl处理的种子仍具有较强的萌发力；采用浓度2．0X10“赤霉素处理种子，可显著提高种子发芽率；采用温汤浸种与50mg·kg^-1浓度ABT6号生根粉浸种对幼苗前期生长有显著促进作用。

| Abstract: | Experiments of sowing and seedling raising of Atriplex canescens under different treatment were conducted.Results show that germination rate of seed is negative correlated with salt stress significantly.Seeds treated by 0.8%NaCl still have great germination.When the seeds were treated with the concentration of 2.0×10-4 gibberellin,the germination rate can be increased significantly.Treatment of seeds by hot water and the concentration of 50 mg·kg-1 ABT6 powder can accelerate root generation significantly. |
