香荚兰不定根诱导试验

摘    要:用5种培养液:1/2MS、1/2MS+IAA、1/2MS+PP333+IAA、ABT1号生根粉及对照,作香荚兰蔓段诱导不定根发生和生长试验。经20d培养,1/2MS+PP333+IAA培养液诱导不定根发生率最高,新根生长最好。试验观察到,PP333和IAA在一定浓度配比下,对香荚兰有明显诱导生根作用。

Abstract:The experiment on inducing production and growth of adventitious root was conducted by culturing vine of vanilla in culture solution of 1/2MS,1/2MS IAA,1/2MS PP333 IAA,ABT1 rootage powder and control for 20d,resptctively.The results show that the rate of adventitious root production is highest and growth of new root is best in 1/2MS PP333 IAA;PP333 and IAA evidently induce rootage in certain ratio of concentration.
