摘    要:水稻芽期耐冷性是影响水稻稻芽生长发育的重要因素,是水稻生产不可忽视的重要性状之一。针对原有的水稻芽期耐冷性鉴定及评估方法中的不足之处,设计了芽期耐冷性新的鉴定及评估方法,并利用23个不同类型的早稻品种比较了两种不同鉴定及评估方法的精确性,试验结果显示:新的鉴定及评估方法由于加大了试验样本数量并完善了评价标准,因此大大提高了试验的精确度;此外,由于采用了连续性数值来标定耐冷性,新方法可以对不同的试验样本间进行耐冷性相互比较,避免了将大量的基因型泛归于同一组。在鉴定大量水稻种质资源的芽期耐冷性时,新的鉴定及评估方法将提供更高的精确度及选择性。

Abstract:The cold tolerance of rice at bud stage is an important factor that affects the growth and development of rice buds, and it is one of the important traits of rice that can not be ignored in rice production.In this experiment, we focused on the defects of old methods for the identification and evaluation of cold tolerance of rice at bud stage, designed a new method for these, and tested the accuracy of these two methods by using 23 different genotypes of early rice varieties.The results of the experiment indicated that:by increasing the size of experimental samples and improving the standard of evaluation, this new method showed a comparatively higher accuracy;furthermore, because of using continuous numerical values to mark cold tolerance, the new method could make it feasible to compare cold tolerance between two rice genotypes, avoiding dividing large number of genotypes into a large group.The new method is sure to provide higher accuracy and selectivity in the large-scale identification and evaluation of cold tolerance of rice germplasm resources at bud stage.
