摘    要:电力系统的无功优化问题是一个复杂的多目标、多约束、非线性的混合整数优化问题,针对基本差分进化算法易陷入局部最优解、收敛速度慢的缺点,提出一种新的改进差分进化算法。该算法通过动态交换、多群体分组和调节自适应参数的方式,增强个体间的信息交换,保持解的多样性,进而实现跳出局部最优解的目的。在此基础上,将该算法应用于电力系统的无功优化中,对IEEE 57节点测试系统进行无功优化仿真,证明该改进差分进化算法是求解电力系统无功优化问题的一种有效工具。

Reactive Power Optimization based on Improved Differential Evolution Algorithm

Abstract:Reactive power optimization problem is a mixed integer optimization problem which is complicated, multi-objective, multi- constraint and nonlinear. Basic differential evolution algorithm has the disadvantages of local optimal solution and low converging speed. In order to avoid the disadvantages, an improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed. The algorithm enhanced the information exchanges between individuals and maintained the diversity of solution by dynamic exchanging, multi-grouping and adaptive parameter adjusting, so that it can step out of local optimal solution. On the basis of it, the proposed algorithm is applied to reactive power optimization of the power system. Simulation is carried out based on IEEE 57-bus system, and the results validate that the improved differential evolution algorithm is an effective tool for solving problems of reactive power optimization in power system.
