摘    要:调查不同品种成年鸡及其死胚的Amy-1表型分布,发现粤黄鸡、杏花鸡、清远麻鸡、胡须鸡和郑州红鸡及AA鸡成年鸡群Amy-1表型分布不符合Hardy-Weinberg氏平衡,其中粤黄鸡、杏花鸡和清远麻鸡的不平衡可能由各基因型生活力差异引起,胡须鸡、郑州红鸡和AA鸡不平衡的原因有待弄清,其中AA鸡的不平衡有其独特之处。结果表明,家鸡血液淀粉酶Amy-1分布不平衡具有品种特异性。

Abstract:The distribution of the chicken blood amylase ( Amy-1 ) pheno-types in adults and dead embryos was investigated in some breeds.The deviations from Hardy-Weinberg equilibria were found in Yuehuang, Hinghua Qingyuan, Huiyang, Zhengzhou Red and Arbor Acres adult chicken. These disequilibrium in Yuehuang, Hinghua and Qingyuan chicken were perhaps due to the different immortalities among genotypes, but the reason why there were disequilibrium in Huiyang, Zhengzhou Red and Arbor Acres chicken was not clear. The disequilibria in Arbor Acres chicken is special. The result showed the disequilibrium in the chicken blood amylase ( Amy-1 ) distribution have their breed feature.
