摘    要:用φ=5%的香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色,以熊果酸纯品为对照,在波长548nm处用分光光度法测定了6种冬青科苦丁茶功能叶和4种市售苦丁茶冬青嫩芽产品中的总三萜含量。结果显示:大叶冬青功能叶中的总三萜类物质含量最高,市售苦丁茶冬青的嫩芽产品中其总三萜类物质含量最低。6种供试的冬青科苦丁茶样品中总三萜类物质的质量分数依次排序为:大叶冬青(4.209%)枸骨(3.866%)霍山冬青(3.064%)华中枸骨(2.775%)苦丁茶冬青(2.74%)五棱冬青(2.648%)。

Abstract:5% vanillin acetum and perchloric acid were used as the color developer,and the pure ursolic acid was used as the reference,the contents of total triterpenoid in adult leaves of 6 Kudingcha species in Aquifoliaceae and 4 kind marketed shoots products of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng were determined by spectrophotometry at 548 nm.
