泉州市农村集体经济发展途径探析

近年来福建省泉州市农村集体经济稳步发展,但仍存在着发展不均衡、村级集体资产管理制度不完善、村级财务管理制度不健全等问题.该文通过分析泉州市农村集体经济发展存在的问题,提出完善村级集体资产管理制度、规范村级财务管理制度等促进泉州市农村集体经济发展的对策建议.

Probe and analysis on the development route of rural collective economy in Quanzhou City

In recent years, rural collective economy in Quanzhou City has developed steadily, but still has some problems, such as, unbalanced development of rural collective economy, the imperfect assets management system of village collectives, the unsound financial management system at village level and so on. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of rural collective economic development in Quanzhou, this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestion such as improving the village collective assets management system, standardizing the financial management system to promote the development of rural collective economy in Quanzhou City.
