高素质农民培育工作的现状与思考

大力培育高素质农民是实现乡村振兴的必然要求,本文以江苏省昆山市为例,阐释了开展高素质农民培育工作的重大意义,从认定管理、教育培训、政策扶持三个方面分析了当前昆山市高素质农民培育工作的现状,并针对高素质农民培育工作中存在的问题提出了几点实效性建议,对进一步做好新时代高素质农民培育工作、发展现代农业具有重要的现实意义。
