摘    要:基于智慧芽专利信息平台,运用平台提供的专利信息计量的相关方法,对2000-2019年以安徽农业大学为单位的专利申请人、发明人、专利时间序列分布、专业类别分布、代理机构分布情况及法律状态等多个方面进行统计分析,揭示近20年来安徽农业大学申请和公开专利现状、模式和特点,并结合现有的学校相关制度分析,分析在专利数量、专利专业方向和专利转化等方面存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议,为学校图书情报工作提出相应的发展建议,为学校科研管理和发展规划管理提供一定的数量依据和决策证据.

Abstract:Using methods of patent information measurement provided by the PatSnap platform, this paper makes statistical analysis on the patent applicants, inventors, patent time series distribution, professional category distribution, agency distribution, legal status and other aspects of Anhui Agricultural University in 2000-2019. It reveals the models and characteristics of the applications and open patents of Anhui Agricultural University in the past 20 years. Based on the current situation, mode and characteristics, this paper analyzes the problems and provides suggestions in the number of patents, professional patent direction and patent transformation combined with the analysis of the university related systems. It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for information work. It provides a certain amount of basis and decision-making evidence for the management of school scientific research and development planning.
