摘    要:黄精是我国传统中药材,采集野生黄精已经不能满足市场需求,需要开发高效的黄精栽培技术,提高黄精的产量和品质。基于固体基质的黄精幼苗无土栽培技术是综合利用黄栀子秸秆、油茶饼粕、菜籽饼粕、草木灰等经过建堆发酵制得有机底肥,添加干制雷公藤,利用细沙、食用菌菌糠、草木灰、有机底肥、碎石、油茶饼粕、过磷酸钙等制成基质进行黄精栽培。该基质对黄精幼苗具有良好的固根能力,可以提供黄精幼苗生长所需的养分,能有效促进幼苗的生长,并且具有一定的防虫功能。本文总结了黄精幼苗无土栽培技术,包括制备有机肥、制作垫料层、制作基质层、场地消毒、播种、田间管理等方面内容。该技术操作简单,易于推广。

Polygonatum Artificial Soilless Culture Technology Based on Solid Substrate
Abstract:Polygonatum is a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine in our country. Improving the planting technology of Polygonatum is very important to the yield and quality of Polygonatum. Collecting wild Polygonatum can no longer meet the market demand, so it is necessary to develop efficient Polygonatum cultivation techniques. In this paper, a solid substrate-based soilless culture technology for Polygonatum seedlings is established, which uses yellow gardenia stalks, camellia cake meal, rapeseed cake meal, and builds and ferments to obtain organic base fertilizer, adds dried Tripterygium wilfordii, and uses fine sand, Edible fungus chaff, plant ash, organic base fertilizer, crushed stone, camellia cake, and superphosphate are used to make a substrate. Research has found that the substrate has a good root-fixing ability for Polygonatum seedlings and can provide nutrients required for the growth stage of Polygonatum seedlings. It can effectively promote the growth of seedlings, and has a certain anti-insect function. The soilless cultivation technology of Polygonatum seedlings developed in this paper is simple to operate and easy to promote, which is helpful to the development and growth of Polygonatum industry.
