摘    要:以红地球葡萄果实为试验材料,研究了果梗涂蜡方法及添加CT2保鲜剂、1-MCP等处理方式对其贮期内果实腐烂率、干梗指数、SO2伤害指数以及硬度、呼吸强度、还原糖、可滴定酸和VC等指标的影响.结果表明:果梗涂蜡和果梗带枝条配合使用保鲜剂的处理方式,能有效降低红地球葡萄呼吸强度、腐烂率、干梗指数和SO2伤害指数,保持其硬度及还原糖、可滴定酸和VC含量的稳定性,提高贮藏品质,延长葡萄的贮期.

Abstract:With Red Globe grapes as experimental material, the effects of stem waxing and adding CT2 preservative and 1-MCP treatments on fruit decay rate, dry stem index, SO2 injury index, hardness, respiratory intensity, reducing sugar, titratable acids, and VC contents during storage were studied. The results showed that both grape stem waxing and stem with branches combined with preservative treatments could effectively reduce the respiratory intensity, decay rate, dry stem index and SO2 damage index of Red Globe grapes, maintain the stability of hardness, reducing sugar, titratable acids and VC contents, improve the storage quality and prolong the storage period of grapes.
