林可霉素微球制剂在鹅体内的药代动力学研究

摘    要:为了解林可霉素微球制剂在动物机体内的药代情况,在鹅体内进行了两种剂型药物的药代动力学比较研究。试验选取健康鹅分为两组,即对照组肌肉注射30%林可霉素水溶液,试验组肌肉注射30%林可霉素微球溶液,0.5 mL/只。选取0~72 h内的不同时间点采集鹅血浆样品,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对鹅血浆中林可霉素的含量进行检测。结果显示:试验组24 h内血液中林可霉素浓度维持在0.3 mg/L以上,72 h内血浆中林可霉素含量在0.145 mg/L以上;对照组24 h后血浆中检测不到林可霉素。结论为林可霉素微球制剂较林可霉素水溶液的药效持久,具有缓释性能并能够在较长时间内具有抑菌作用。

Study on the pharmacokinetics of Lincomycin microsphere preparation in goose blood

Abstract:In order to understand the pharmacokinetics of lincomycin microsphere preparations in animals, a comparative study of the pharmacokinetics of the two dosage forms in geese was carried out. In the experiment, 10 healthy geese were selected and divided into a control group and a test group with 5 in each group. The control group was injected with 30% lincomycin solution intramuscularly, and the test group was injected with 30% lincomycin microsphere solution. Goose plasma samples were collected at different time points within 0-72 h, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the content of lincomycin in goose plasma. The results showed that after the test group was injected with the lincomycin microsphere solution, the blood lincomycin concentration remained above 0.3 mg/L within 24 h, and the plasma lincomycin content above 0.145 mg/L within 72 h; In the control group, lincomycin could not be detected in plasma 24 hours after injection of lincomycin aqueous solution; the test results showed that the lincomycin microsphere preparation is more effective than the lincomycin aqueous solution, has sustained release performance and can It has antibacterial effect for a long time.
