M型杂交大豆研究进展与展望

摘    要:利用栽培大豆品种间杂交 ,育成W93 1A等质核互作雄性不育系 ,并实现“三系”配套 ;通过回交和测交先后育成 2 9份不育材料 (系 )、45个恢复系及 2 7个强优组合。其中已有 2个组合参加安徽省大豆良种区域试验 ,增产显著 ;在制种技术上取得显著进展 ;预计“十一五”后期有望用于生产。

Abstract:Soybean male sterile line W931A with CMS was selected from cultivars, and then the system of three lines was set up.29 male sterile materials, 45 restorer lines and 27 hybrid combinations with high-yield and fine agronomic characteristics had been obtained through the backcrosses and test-crosses technique. Two hybrid combinations with CMS were sent in Anhui Provincial Soybean Regional Trial and significantly increased yield,more than that of check.Besides the technology of hybrid seed production had also great improvement.
