浙江省早稻区试品种稻米品质的相关性与稳定性分析

以2004～2009年参加浙江省早稻区试的水稻品种为材料,分析了稻米品质各性状间的相关性和对照嘉育293的稳定性,结果表明:直链淀粉含量与精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度和透明度呈极显著正相关,而与粒长和长宽比呈极显著负相关;粒长与垩白粒率和垩白度均呈极显著负相关。在嘉育293的12项主要稻米品质指标中,糙米率、精米率、粒长、垩白粒率和碱消值在不同年份和地点间的差异均未达显著水平,而垩白度变化均达极显著水平;各性状指标在同一地点不同田块间的差异性均未达到显著水平。

Analysis on Correlation and Stability in Rice Quality of Early Rice Varieties Tested in Zhejiang Provincial Regional Tests

Taking the early rice varieties tested in Zhejiang provincial regional tests during 2004～2009 as the materials,this paper analyzed the correlations among rice quality traits of the tested varieties as well as the stability in rice quality traits of the check variety Jiayu 293.The significantly positive correlations were found between amylose content and milled rice percentage,chalky grain rate,chalkiness,transparency,but significantly negative correlations were found between amylose content and grain length,ratio of grain length to width;and significantly negative correlations were found between grain length and chalky grain rate,chalkiness.For Jiayu 293,the brown rice rate,milled rice percentage,grain length,chalky grain rate and alkali value were not significantly different in various years and places,while the chalkiness was significantly different;and all rice quality traits were insignificantly different in various fields of the same places.
