| 摘 要： | 在不同处理条件下,对光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L.和苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)硬实种子处理效果进行了研究.结果表明:用水浸泡5 d的种子吸胀率很低,硬实率很高,用硫酸处理1～1.5 h减少硬实率、提高发芽率的效果最好,光果甘草和苦豆子种子发芽率分别可以提高到98%和100%,其次是赤霉素处理,磨损种皮处理效果为第三.

| Abstract: | In this paper,different treatment conditions on Glycyrrhiza glabra and Sophora alopecuroides seed and treatment effect were studied.The results showed that: the seeds soaked in water 5 days imbibition rate was very low,the hard rate was very high.With sulfuric acid to soak 1 to 1.5 hours could reduce the rate of hard seed,and the germination rate was the highest,the seed germination rate was 98% and 100% of Glycyrrhiza glabra,Sophora alopecuroides respectively,followed by GA treatment,and the wear treatment... |
