绿竹种源的光合特性研究

摘    要:对福建省6个种源绿竹的1、2年生叶绿素含量及叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度Cs、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔阻力(Rs)及气孔导量(Cond)等6个性状进行研究,结果表明:叶绿素含量:1年生<2年生,种源SPAD平均值大小依次为程溪、赛岐、永春、福安、永泰和南靖,各个种源间差异并不明显。绿竹种源净光合速率(Pn)大小:南带>中带>北带,3个带差异明显,各个种源引种试验地与原产地越远,其Pn值越小。绿竹种源净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,"午休"现象明显,Ci、Rs日变化曲线为倒双峰型,Cs和Cond日变化曲线为双峰型;Pn、Ci、Rs和Cs的高峰值与谷底值相差最大的为永泰种源,Cond的高峰值与谷底值相差最大的为南靖种源。Pn与Cond呈多项式相关,Pn与Cond最为密切,不同种源的净光合速率与光合性状之间存在着相互促进和相互制约的关系。

Study on the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami Provenances
Abstract:The results showed that the chlorophyll content of 1 year old Dendrocalamopsis oldhami was < that of 2 year old one,the SPAD average value of provenance from Chengxi was > the one from Saiqi> the one from Yongchun>the one from Fuan> the one from Yongtai>the one from Nanjing,the differences between every 2 values weren't evident.The net photosynthesis rate (Pn) of D.oldhami provenance in the south band was > Pn of the one in the middle band >Pn of the one in the north band,the differences between Pn's in 3 bands were evident,the longer the distance between the introduction test lands of various provenances and the provenances was,the smaller Pn values were.D.oldhami provenance Pn daily change assumed the doublet curve,the phenomenon of Pn value's decreasing to the lowest point was evident,Ci and Rs daily change curve belonged to the inverted doublet type>Cs and Cond daily change carve belonged to the doublet type;the provenance with the biggest differences between the peak and lowest values of Pn,Ci,Rs and Cs was the one from Yongtai,the provenance with the biggest difference between the peak and lowest Cond values was the one from Nanjing.Pn assumed a polynomial correlation with Cond,Pn was closest to Cond,there were mutual promotion and interact relations between Pn's and photosynthetic characteristics of different provenances. 
