摘    要:研究了不同施肥处理对青花菜产量与主要品质指标的影响,试验结果表明,生物有机肥能提高青花菜的产量和品质,效果以酵素菌生物有机肥和复合微生物肥复配最显著,有机肥对产量和品质无显著影响。2种生物有机肥复配使青花菜产量提高20.78%,抗坏血酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、干物质含量分别提高34.2%、46.0%、43.8%、6.13%。

Abstract:The effects of different fertilization treatments on yield and main quality indexes of broccoli were studied. The results showed that bio-organic fertilizer could improve yield and quality of broccoli, and the combination of enzyme bacteria bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer had the most significant effect, while organic fertilizer had no significant effect on yield and quality of broccoli. The combination of two bio-organic fertilizers increased the yield, the contents of ascorbic acid, soluble protein, soluble sugar and dry matter by 20.78%, 34.2%, 46.0%, 43.8% and 6.13% respectively.
