安徽省四地市水稻细菌性条斑病对链霉素的抗药性监测

摘    要:于2010年采集安徽省滁州、安庆、宣城和巢湖四个城市水稻细菌性条斑病菌108株,以及2011年水稻细菌性条斑病菌168株,采用区分剂量法,测定其对链霉素的抗药性。能够在含10 μg/ml链霉素的 NA平板上生长,为抗药性菌株,不能生长的为敏感菌株。抗药性监测结果表明,安徽省四个城市的细菌性条斑病菌对链霉素还比较敏感,未发现抗药性菌株。对于该病菌对链霉素的抗药性仍需要连年进行。

Monitoring of Streptomycin Resistance in Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicolain Four Cities of Anhui Province

Abstract:During 2010 and 2011, a total of 108 and 168 single-colony strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola were obtained from diseased rice leaves which were collected from four cities of Anhui Provinces including Chuzhou, Anqing, Xuancheng and Chaohu, respectively. The sensitivity of these strains to streptomycin was tested by the discriminatory dosage method. The strains were generated from the diseased samples of rice from the four cities. The strains, which can grow on the NA plates amended with 10 }~g/ml streptomycin, were considered resistant, or, they were considered to be sensitive ones. The overall ratio of the generation of these strains was 45.10%. The results of the resistance monitoring showed that almost all the X. oryzae pv. oryzicola strains in Anhui Province during 2010-2011 were sensitive to streptomycin and no streptomycin-resistant strains were found in the four surveyed cities. Although no strains collected from fields were resistant to streptomycin were collected, streptomycin possesses high resistance risk. Therefore, monitoring to streptomycin should be continued in the next years.
