江厦潮汐电站库区滩涂水产养殖成本收益分析

为了更好地解决江厦潮汐试验电站滩涂水产养殖的可持续发展问题，提出适当的政策建议。基于对江厦潮汐试验电站库区滩涂5户水产养殖主体的调研，采用问卷调查形式来获取研究数据，分析了江厦潮汐电站滩涂海洋养殖的发展现状，包括水产养殖成鱼的成本构成情况及收益水平，并分析了其养殖经济效益的主要影响因素。结果显示：（1）饵料成本和鱼苗成本构成了库区滩涂水产成鱼养殖成本的82%~92%；（2）不同养殖主体在饵料成本的控制上存在着明显差异；（3）养殖规模大的养殖主体，其收益不一定大于养殖规模小的养殖主体；（4）扩大销售范围，例如销往外地可以获取更多的收益；（5）库区滩涂进行水产养殖获取约1500万元的收益；（6）库区滩涂进行水产养殖的养殖主体平均收入水平高于温岭市农村居民人均纯收入水平。

Cost-benefit Analysis of the Marine Product at the Beach Area of Jiangxia Tidal Power Station

In order to supply a better solution to ensure sustainable development of the marine product at the beach area of Jiangxia Tidal Power Station, and put forward corresponding policy. Based on survey of 5marine product farmers at the beach area of Jiangxia Tidal Power Station, the author got the date with a questionnaire. The author made an analysis on the current situation of tidal aquaculture at the beach area of Jiangxia Tidal Power Station in 2011, including its cost structure, income level, and the major effect factors of economic benefits. The results showed that: (1) feed and fry costs, the total of 2 items amounts to about from 82% to 92% of the total cost; (2) The different farmers were very obvious to control the feed costs; (3) The benefits of a large-scale framers were not more than the small-scale ones; (4) To branch out into selling the fish, such as the aquatic product was sold to somewhere else, could get more benefits; (5) To aquiculture at the beach area of Jiangxia Tidal Power Station could get much money about 15 million yuan; (6) The per capita income of fisherman to levels was much higher than the rural per capita net income level in Wenling City.
