影响蓝花大叶醉鱼草嫩枝扦插成活的因素的研究

蓝花大叶醉鱼草是具有较高观赏价值的木本花卉,研究其嫩枝扦插繁殖技术,以期为生产提供指导,结果表明:生根率依插穗质量、取枝部位、基质、生根处进激素的种类、浓度的不同而有明显差异。扦插生根要保持一定范围的湿度和温度,只要条件适合,管理得当,生根率可达80% 以上。试验证明:嫩枝扦插是一项适于生产中推广的繁殖技术,为园林中蓝花大叶醉鱼草的广泛应用提供了一种可行的方法。

A Study on the Factors Influencing Shooting Cutting Survival of Buddleja davidii Empire Blue

The purpose of this study was to provide direction for production. The results showed that the factors influencing shooting included the quality and position of cuttings, substrates and hormones, etc. During cutting, the temperature, air humidity and water content of the medium were maintained at critical levels. The average rate of successful rooting was above 80%, with a good subsequent growth rate of the seedlings.
