菌菜阴阳复合棚冬季高效栽培模式研究

摘    要:菌菜阴阳复合棚又称菌菜双面一体化高效温室,是根据蔬菜和食用菌对温度、湿度、光照等环境条件的要求差异和代谢能量的互补性并通过环控措施增强其互补而设计建造的。根据季节安排品种,实现周年高效生产。冬季试验结果表明:阳面种植喜温喜光的蔬菜作物、阴面种植喜弱光低温的食用菌,通过中间墙换气窗强制对流,阴棚内温度可提高6~8℃,相对湿度提高41.7%~46.2%,CO2浓度降低45.3%,且有效补给阳棚蔬菜作物。复合棚建筑成本降低30%,土地利用率达80%以上,比单面日光温室提高25%。

Abstract:The edible fungi-vegetable composite greenhouse is also known as the efficient integration of solar greenhouse .Based on the requirement differences of vegetables and edible fungi to environmental condi -tions such as temperature , humidity , illumination and metabolic energy complementary , it was designed and constructed through environmental control measures to enhance its complementary .It could realize year -round production through planting different varieties according to different seasons .The experimental results in winter showed that growing vegetables in sunny side while edible fungi in shadow side , and forced convection through the middle wall vent , the temperature and relative humidity in shadow side increased by 6~8℃and 41.7%~46.2%respectively, and the CO2 concentration reduced by 45.3%, which could effectively supply to vegetable crops in sunny side .The construction cost of the composite greenhouse could reduce by 30%, and the land utilization rate reached more than 80%, which increased by 25%compared to the single green-house .
