摘    要:基于SWOT模型,从防控优势、防控劣势、防控机会、防控威胁四个方面浅析了北亚热带人工草地极具代表性的昆明小哨草场的鼠害防控条件。结果表明,防控优势是农牧民生产实践中积累的有效防控鼠害经验;防控劣势是鼠害危害程度大,不易被发现;防控机会是防控方法增多,应该借鉴引用;防控威胁是草场退化滋养了鼠害的发生,资金和研发力度不够。提出了建立健全北亚热带区草地鼠害监控系统,将鼠害控制在萌芽阶段,使鼠害造成的损失降到最低,实现北亚热带区人工草地的健康、持续、稳定发展。

Abstract:Based on SWOT model , the prevention and control conditions of rodent damage in Xiaoshao grassland in Kunming , a representative northern subtropics artificial grassland , were analyzed from four as-pects of advantages , weaknesses , opportunities and threats .The results showed that the prevention and control advantages were the experiences of farmers and herders accumulated in production practices; the weaknesses were the big rodent damage which was not easy to be found;the opportunities were more prevention and con-trol methods to be referenced;and the threats were degraded grassland , which increased the occurrence of ro-dents , and inadequate funds and R&D efforts .The monitoring system of rodent damage in northern subtropics grassland was suggested to be established to control the rodent damage in the bud stage , minimize the loss , and ultimately realize the healthy , sustainable and stable development of northern subtropics artificial grass-land.
