| 摘 要： | 对仔麝的心、肺、肝标本的致病性病原菌进行分离、培养、鉴定,确认大肠杆菌为引起感染的主要病原菌;同时,采用常规K-B法（纸片扩散法）对大肠杆菌进行药物敏感试验。本研究为今后预防和诊疗林麝大肠杆菌病提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | By means of isolating, culturing and distinguishing pathogen from heart,liver and lung of young forest musk deer, we found that the hemorrhagic enteritis was caused by E. coli. Based on the sensitivity of Escherichia Coli to the medicine of antibiotics together with the methods of K-B, the results may provide hasis for the prevention and treatment of the disease. |
