大关县生态环境治理方案

摘    要:大关县位于云南省昭通地区,境内5大河流均为金沙江水系,水土流失面积为55.5%。年输沙量达115.6万t,因此,生态治理刻不容缓。规划人工造林9978.2hm^2;封山育林20516.3hm^2;人工种草1605.5hm^2。此外,采取的工程措施有建栏沙坝沟8座900m;档土墙3座800m;挖排水沟135km。项目建成后增加森林覆盖率5.8%;水土流失减少74.8万t/a。从而产生巨大的生态效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Daguan County, with five rivers following to Jinsha River, 55.5% area having soil erosion and water loss, 1,156,000 ton soil lost per year, located in Zhaotong Prefecture of Yunnan. So, eco_environment control can not affords any delay. It is planned that 9,978.2hm 2 upland will be reforested, 20,516.3hm 2 upland will be closed, 1,605.5 hm 2 upland will be planted with grass. Besides, engineer measures also be taken, 8 sandy channels amount to 900m, 3 soil barriers amount to 800m and gullies amount to 135km would be built. Forest cover rate will increase 5.8%, and soil erosion and water loss will cut down 7,480,000 ton per year after the project finished. Great eco_benefit and social benefit will be turned out in the end.
