烯效唑(S3307)对葡萄果实着色及品质的影响

摘    要:以京亚和夕阳红葡萄为试材,用不同浓度S3307喷施果穗,研究S3307对葡萄果实着色及品质的影响。实验结果表明:S3307显著促进葡萄果皮花色素含量增加,使可溶性糖含量增加,有机酸含量下降,提高糖酸比,维生素C含量升高。这说明S3307有促进葡萄果实着色作用,并能改善果实品质,因此在生产上有一定应用价值。进一步研究表明,花色素含量与可溶性糖含量和糖酸比呈显著正相关,与有机酸含量呈显著的负相关。

Abstract:The cultivars of Jingya and Xiyanghong grape were used as materials, with different concentration treatments of S3307 sprayed upon the fruit cluster, in order to select the best concentration of treatments that S3307 promoted color formation of grape skin. The results showed that S3307 had significantly promoted the content of anthoeyanin of skin, increased souble sugar and reduced organic acid, content of the Vc increased. This means that S3307 could improve coloring of skin and enhance fruit quality. In addition, it has distinct positive correlation between content of anthocyanin and content of soluble sugar and between content of anthocyanin and ratio of organic acid to soluble sugar, negative correlation between content of anthocyanin and content of organic acid.
