富铁苹果发酵液对缺铁胁迫下平邑甜茶保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:以缺铁平邑甜茶(M.hupehensis Rehd)为试材,用富铁苹果发酵液进行恢复试验。结果表明:对一年生平邑甜茶幼苗,T3处理(稀释300倍发酵液+FeSO4)较T1处理(去离子水对照)明显提高了平邑甜茶幼苗CAT、POD的活性和MDA、可溶性糖含量,且T2处理(稀释100倍发酵液+FeSO4)比T4处理(稀释500倍发酵液+FeSO4)作用明显;对于三年生缺铁苹果树来说,A3(发酵液+ FeSO4)处理较A1(浇去离子水对照)、A2(FeSO4 溶液)处理明显提高了CAT、POD的活性和MDA、可溶性糖的含量。 总体上,稀释300倍发酵液+FeSO4效果最好。

Abstract:To study the effects of different fold diluted apple fermentation broth+FeSO4 on protective enzymes activities of iron-deficiencyMalus hupehensis. Iron-deficiencyMalus hupehensis seedlings cultured in sand were watered with the iron-rich apple fermentation broth to recover the iron-deficiency phenomenon. The results showed that: For Malus hupehensis seedlings, compared with T1 (deionized water) treatment, the activities of CAT, POD and contents of MDA, soluble sugar of T3 (diluted 300-fold fermentation broth +FeSO4) treatment increased 283.6%, 58.2%, 271.8%, 50.3%, respectively. The four indexes of T3 treatment was also higher than the other four treatments significantly. Except the soluble sugar, the effect of T2 (diluted 100-fold fermentation broth +FeSO4) treatment was better than T4 (diluted 500-fold fermentation broth +FeSO4) and T5 (FeSO4) treatment significantly. For three-years iron-deficiency apples, compared with A1 (deionized water) treatment, the activities of CAT, POD and contents of MDA, soluble sugar of A3(diluted 300-fold fermentation broth +FeSO4) treatment increased 400.0%, 88.3%, 39.4%, 48.4% respectively. The effect of A3 (diluted 300-fold fermentation broth +FeSO4) was better than A2 (FeSO4) treatment significantly. As a whole, 300-fold diluted fermentation broth +FeSO4 was the best treatment for both iron-deficiency seedings and three-years iron-deficiency apples.
