摘    要:利用高能粒子处理紫花苜蓿干种子,观测龙牧803苜蓿M2代在秋末冬初低温条件下叶片游离脯氨酸含量(Pro)、过氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、可溶性糖含量(LSSC)、叶绿素a含量(Chla)和叶绿素b含量(Chlb)。结果表明, 高能粒子处理在秋末冬初低温条件下M2代的抗寒性指标显著高于对照(P<0.05);随着辐照剂量的增大,M2代叶片Pro含量、SOD酶活性、LSSC含量、Chl含量明显递减。低剂量辐照下M2代获得的抗寒性强于高剂量辐照,由此确定苜蓿的最佳高能粒子辐照剂量为145 Gy,其次是195 Gy。
