| 摘 要： | 市辖区在城市中的特殊地位决定了其产业发展具有不同于县域经济发展和城市产业发展的自身特征。这些特征对于从理论上认识市辖区产业发展规律,更好地制定市辖区产业发展策略具有重要意义。市辖区的产业发展应根据城市发展总体规划,依托于本辖区经济社会及文化基础,大力发展第三产业。
