摘    要:在池栽条件下,研究了3种土壤(粘土、壤土、沙土)对3个不同筋力(强筋、中筋、弱筋)冬小麦品种籽粒灌浆过程中AGPP,SSS和SBE三个淀粉合成关键酶活性的影响。结果表明,粘土区藁麦8901和洛麦1号3个酶活性都较高,其变化趋势均呈单峰曲线,除藁麦8901的AGPP花后25 d达到峰值外,其余均在花后20 d达到峰值。表明粘土栽培可能

Abstract:Changes in activities of three key enzymes AGPP, SSS and SBE involved in starch synthesis were studied during grain filling of three winter wheat cultivars with different gluten contents in the pond culture with clay,loam and sandy soils. The results indicated that activities of three enzymes of Gaomai 8901 and Luomai 1 were higher than that of Yumai 49 in the clay soil,and showed a single-peak curve;the peak appeared in 20 d after anthesis except AGPP of Gaomai 8901 in 25 d after anthesis. It suggested that growing in clay soil could be benefit to synthetise starch of Gaomai 8901 and Luomai 1. AGPP and SBE activities of three cultivars and SSS activity of Gaomai 8901 had a single-peak curve in the treatment of loam soil,their peak appeared in 20 d after anthesis;but SSS activity of middle and weak gluten cultivars came to be a double-peak curve,the peaks appeared in 10 d and 20 d after anthesis,respectively,and the second peak was much higher than that of the first. It showed that growing in loam soil could be benefit to all cultivars to synthetise starch. The activities of three enzymes of Gaomai 8901 were higher than that of Yumai 49 and Luomai 1 in sandy soil,AGPP activity had a double-peak curve,the peaks appeared in 10 d and 20 d after anthesis,respectively,and the second peak was much higher than that of the first. SSS and SBE activities came to be a single-peak curve,their peak appeared in 20 d after anthesis. It showed that growing in sandy soil might be suitable for the starch synthesis of Gaomai 8901.
