| 摘 要： | 利用酒精复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,观察肝组织病理学形态及肝细胞的超微结构。结果表明,鹿茸粉大剂量组可显著降低血清中ALT、AST的水平(P0.01),小剂量组差异不显著(P0.05),中、高剂量组发生肝细胞坏死的动物例数减少,病变程度减轻,电镜检测结果表明,鹿茸粉能改善染色质边集、内质网扩张、线粒体肿胀、细胞质膜受损等病理改变,可见鹿茸粉对小鼠酒精急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
